I thought the most obvious reference to Lunar thought surviving into the 4th age is the final note in Argraths Saga, KoS p39. "So they say. But it's still there! And now it's invisible instead." And even better "tell others about it to make that you, and they, do not repeat it" if thats not a Rashoranic idea I've never heard one.
