Hi All,

Here is an Anaxial Stylie go at Ethilrist's Goblins.

Dovug (Goblin)
Ages: Darkness, Historical (rare).
Distribution: Black Horse County and the Grim Planes of the Diokos (Hell) Habitat: Muse Roost, Black Horse County, and Hell. The Dovug or Goblins are demonic creatures that were brought to the surface world by the hero Ethilrist. They originally dwelt in hell, where they served the Diokos demons as slaves, grooming and tending to the monstrous horses' every need. Dovug are bestial and misshapen humanoids, they are exceedingly long limbed, with disproportionately small hunched bodies, and huge bulbous heads. Their eyes are very sensitive to light, but excellent in the darkness of the underworld. They move with rapid, jerky movements and can run at great speeds, faster than a mortal horse. They are capable fighters, attacking by leaping upon foes and rending them with their great-calloused clawed hands and wicked teeth. The skin of the Dovug is covered with short, spiked black bristles that give them excellent camouflage in darkness.
During the Darkness the race of Goblins served Zorak Zoran as scouts in his monstrous army, but they failed in their duties and allowed chaos to slip into the camp, which slew the god's favoured champion as he slept. Zorak Zoran set about destroying the Goblins, until his sister, Xiola Umbar secreted the race with her comforting darkness and hid them amongst the Grim Planes, setting the Goblins into the service of the Diokos. The Goblins fear Zorak Zoran and revere Xiola Umbar as their saviour. Dovug have no formalised worship, although the ones encountered within the stables of Muse Roost seem to worship the Black Horses that they tend. Ethilrist uses the Dovug to tend to his animals, to guard his castle at night and to hunt down felons across Black Horse County, they also make effective messengers carrying documents to Ethilrist's captains.

Weapons and Armor: Tooth and Claw ^3, Skin^3 Significant Abilities: Acute Darksense 10W, Close Combat 10W, Hear Noise 10W, Hide 5W, Large 2W, Run Fast 4W2, Groom Diokos 5W, Obey Diokos 1W, Loyalty to Ethilrist 19, Leap into Combat 15, Black Horse County Geography (or Grim Planes of Diokos Geography) 1W, Black Horse Customs 15, Dovug Customs 18.
Innate Magical Abilities: Burst of Speed 1W. Flaws: Sensitive to Light 19.
Tactics: Goblins use their great speed to out run opponents they then leap onto their back striking with tooth and claw. Alternatively they hide in ambush and rush out to attack opponents before they can draw their weapons. When defending Muse Roost the Goblins use the sewers and cellars to travel about, surprising opponents from below.

Cheers Simon Bray.
