My small input here is that Greg recently agreed that Pavis worshipped an unusual sub-cult of Issaries that was available in the time of EWF
I'd suggest 'Issaries Dragonfriend', but Pavis' magic was more unifying/comprehending than draconic
Maybe 'Issaries Interpreter' - this seems a likely occupational cult for a half-elf to be drawn to, but we may of course find that this is a cult that has survived the EWF in any case
