Two questions

Two unrelated questions:

1. Orlanth's 4 Weapons are symbolic of his victory over the other elements. What about the Moon? Could his victory over the Moon be rendered more likely by someone heroquesting to steal a 5th Weapon that represents the Moon? Any thoughts what such an item would be?
2. Given that Sartarite marriage laws are fairly flexible, step-relationships much be fairly common. What sort of rules govern the relationship say between a man and his step-children by his wife via her earlier marriage?
