I'd tend to agree with this, but John Hughes does not, apparently, and he got his dibs on the Official writeup...

(I was pondering female lawspeakers lately -- I don't have my copy of TR or ST to hand, but IIRC they either have to be Vingans, or Lhankori, which seems a mite odd...)
