Thank you! That fits: Tomatoes are also bred in the Red lands, having been invented by Hon-Eel* in honor of the Red Moon (Tomatoes and corn/maize go so well together.) The first fully developed tomatoes on this plane sprang from the blood of Hon-Eel's first Corn Sacrifice.

While most people loyal to the Imperium slice their tomatoes vertically (for the Moon); loyal Sun-worshippers slice theirs horizontally, thus revealing the secret identity of the Moon and Sun.
