In Sandy Petersen's RQ game, we visited that Banned spot recently. Its residents called it "Happy Valley". A surviving God Learner had taken over (allied?) a local choatic Jack-o-Lantern thingie that kept the locals happily entranced. He was hiding out from the Sending Gods, whose Gift Carrier ate him up when we caused that bit of the Ban to fall. Boy was he pissed.
