More Rokarism

That's hardly conclusive. An alternative explanation is that the du Tumerine family has branches among each of the Castes (i.e. a Lordly branch, a wizardly branch and a warrior branch) with intermarriage (women having no caste) keeping the family together.

Furthermore the du Tumerines are from Nolos which is about as Rokari as Americans are English. IMO they do things differently in Nolos because Money is Sacred - hence one can buy a caste promotion as well as an indulgence for his caste-crime.

It was an abuse in the Latin Church and the solution was priestly celibacy.
