Feats from affinities based on different runes

I think they can be cooperative. And there even may be some feats that are the same.
Affinities are NOT the big capital-R "Runes" owned by these gods. (If so, the fact that no
subcult of Humakt has a "Truth affinity" might be an issue.) So Combat affinities might
line up, but feats might vary. I'm not sure by how much, though. IT's not like we've
actually renamed the affinity to "combat lie".
