Since this is a character with a history of playing behind it, I'd allow
more than the standard 100 words (your narrator may agree or disagree as he
wishes :-) ).
You've currently got ~190 words, but there's room to cut if you need to
bring it down.
He once ate the heart of a bearwalker during a magic ritual, and can

You can treat it as a Talent (gained from spirit integration it seems) that can be used to augment skills (using the regular augmentation rules) or on its own (I suppose "Strong" fits as the ability name).
