Garhound Contest question

I'm not sure whether this belongs in "HeroWars" or here, since it isn't actually about mechanics, but... I finally finished reading the entire revised "Garhound Contest" scenario (at work; got to love those days you have to babysit an installation that works perfectly), and I noticed an error. In the Ladies' Choice event, there seem to be two mutually exclusive results for if two contestants tie. The "Charming the Ladies" box text says "If a tie occurs, calculate the winner by comparing dice rolls in the normal fashion. If these are also tied, Melisande seeks the advice of her closest friend. (Tying characters then roll against each other using the same abilities.)" However, in the regular text, just above the box, it says, "Should the result of the Contests be a tie, the competitors must fight to the first blood with swords in the normal Orlanthi fashion." While MGF would seem to indicate the box text is correct, I am interested in what the official response is supposed to be. (All these are from page 37 of the Garhound_Scenario.pdf file.)

Incidentally, this is an excellent piece. If anyone is taking notes, I would pay five or ten bucks to download this kind of material off of the website. It favorably compares to the production quality of WotC products that they sell off of their site, and is of more obvious utility. ;)
