You watch and you learn. THEN you go and do the quest actively.
Iteration and increasing power is a standard theme throughout
heroquesting in Glorantha, it seems.
You go on the 'passive' version and perhaps deal with minor foes
during the fight scenes. But you get to watch the big boys do their
stuff and when it comes time for you to do this, you know what you
should do...
