Also, Edges applied to AP loans?

Hey, here's another one that probably makes more difference in a HQ than elsewhere.

If a Hero has an edge on some skill, and uses that skill to loan AP to another character, is it reasonable to apply the edge to the loan?

That is, if someone has a carryover edge of +10, and loans 1 AP to someone, does that person get 1 or 11 AP?
