I'd give the two projects equal emphasis. Propper campaign packs are wonderful things, and I'm already drooling over the (hypothetical) prospect of a Shadow Plateau pack.

While Heroquests are a necessery addition to HW, it is possible to play the game perfectly well without them. I think it's also more important, even after several years of publication, to get as much material usefull to new players and starting campaigns out as possible. My suspicion is that from a commercial point of view, that's going to be the growth end of the market (what growth there is) for some time to come.

Agreed, but there are some fundamentaly, such as the new edition of the rules and the basic culture books that are a higher priority at the moment. I'm concerned that heroquests are dealt with properly, and I would be a lot happier if there were known plans to do so, but we need the groundwork done too.

I do very much feel your pain too, though.
