I suggested a sliding HP award based on time passage back in during playtest, but it was not acknowledged in the tumult. Hero Points were awarded at the end of each season, plus one for Sacred Time, giving a hero six per year to spend. Bonus HP (especially directed HP) could be awarded in addition to this.

I presume you mean your players' *heroes*, otherwise HERO WARS could be in trouble with the Food and Drug Administration. Imagine what they would do if they discovered it ages players ten times faster than normal! :)
