I have always believed that the Fumble vs. Fumble result should have been
the recipient of the "Narrator Decides" notation moreso than the Critical
vs. Critical result. If Geo Normal fights Harrek, his best effort is
likely far less impressive than Harrek's average one. All in my opinion,
of course. Your Glorantha may vary.
