The Wealth rules as currently written for HQ require that a wealthy person
be ostentatious, dress appropriately and so on. It is always self evident,
or else you can not use the Wealth statistic. So no one needs to flash the
cash. In fact, in a battle where ransom is expected to be paid for captives
EVERYONE would go for the wealthy guys first. That is why he has bodyguards.
