<< I ran across some "generational rules" that I don't think I got to playtest much:
I like the idea here. I think I would avoid the "each year" bit as too formal and just have it as an occasional "time passes" event. At the start of a session I could say: "three months pass since the events in the tower of the elephant, you gain 2 HP to spend on any but your best three skills. Tell us what you got up to, if you buy a flaw, you can keep the other one to spend at the end or during the session.
