Not me.

My semi-simulationist POV :

The game system would, a priori, suggest +1 per 20, but in fact +1 per 10 is a more gameable second best.

Especially with the new rounding rules in HQ.

I am personally pretty satisfied with the new auto-augment rules, although I recognize that more narratavist GMs might prefer a more favourable ratio.
