They are not hsunchen, so they will undoubtedly differ.
I think I'd extend Peter's answer: hsunchen who concentrate on sorcery are unable to use their tribal magic. Puma people seem to be intended to fit into other societies as need be, so I imagine they could retain their shapeshifting even if they concentrate. (It doesn't derive from any Otherworld, so they wouldn't lose it.)
