Why not treat the stigmata as magic items (p30). AFAIK this gets
around the restrictions of concentration. The concentration rules
don't mention magic items and there are no rules for determining what
system they come from anyway. This may be an oversight and will be
fixed in the errata, but I hope not. I believe that magic items power
their own magic and thus don't conflict with the restrictions of
concentration or even devotion. This gives the narrator the
opportunity to allow the characters unique and interesting abilities
without giving the players free reign to abuse the system.
