I very much doubt it. There's a reason Kolatings are crazy outcasts among the orlanthi - they just don't buy into the same worldview as everyone else. Nominally they worship an entity of Storm, but they don't believe in all that stuff about "Gods" or "Heroplanes". Among the Lunars, difference is more accepted, but I still think learning a particular system of magic involves believing very strongly in the truth of that system and that practitioners of other systems are more or less deluded.
