I'm guessing that in the long run it could be used to generate new
traits and keywords but so far it hasn't come up in play. I've been
using it an an augmentor to military skills.
I guess the final answer lies with my narrator - my gut feeling would
be to say if I want to create a new ability of, say, 'Relationship
with XX' (where XX is an old trooper from the regiment) would be to
roll against the Veteran ability to see if it 'fits' and then take it
from there.
