All depends on what "main" means. I don't know of a list, but we can start one. I'll add what I think are a couple of main changes, and then people can add as they see fit:

• In HW, ability ratings themselves had nothing to do with keywords, but were assigned from a pool of levels. In HQ, keywords have ratings at which all abilities under them begin. In addition, in HQ, you can add to these ability ratings from a pool of points you start with.
• Augments in HW were all what is now "variable aguments" in HQ. In HQ you can skip the die roll, and gain an "Automatic Augment" equal to the ability divided by ten rounded nearest.
