for concentrated, -10 for non-concentrated.
Initiates can improvise the named feats from the affinity at -5 for concentrated and -10 for not concentrated magic use.
Devotee's can use feats at full value, and further than that can improvise new feats from their affinity, which of course is the great advantage of being a devotee.
