Would the Clan relationship be considered "broad" when applied to something other than the Clan as-a-whole (it uses its full rating when asking for aid from the clan, but with an improvisational modifier when used on individuals? Possibly the improvised Clan relationship could augment the personal relationship?

Bob the Clansman might nod when you as the chief for a piece of the regalia to help on a quest (whole clan contest), but Bob the Clansman, your good friend, might take up his shield and spear if you ask him to help you on the same quest.
