Excellent stuff. That's pretty much The Slayer (forget the "in Gloranthan terms" bit).
I started to run a BTVS spin-off series using the BTVS RPG but found that the rules were nowhere near as fast moving and intuitive as HQ. I may have to revisit the idea now.
