It comes under the heading of 'no self respecting hero would ever fail' at doing it. Thus, no roll is required, therefore there is no point in having an ability for it. Its the same reason that 'See Objects' isn't a part of the Human Racial Keyword. You may have abilities that reflect an unusual grasp of language, just as you might have 'See Long Distance', but that wouldn't be something that applies to the whole of the population, pretty much by definition.
