Hi Angus,

I'm new to the group too, having joined about two months ago. I am also primarily GM and occasionally a player. Right now I'm working on a few ideas for a modern or Silver Age SuperHeroQuest game and also a mystery/crime themed game a la Donald E. Westlake's Dortmunder novels.

Best regards,
Walter

In other words, I decide on the type of game I want to run and then look to find the best system to emulate that feeling. Back in the day I wrote up a cult for RuneQuest that got published in Different Worlds magazine, did playtest work for Ars Magica (4th & 5th edition) and HarnMaster (2nd ed), and contributed to multiple game websites, all of them sadly gone to the great demise in the Web.
