It's not because of a lack of imagination on your part, but because you are looking at it in the wrong way. If you look at what you *can* do with the system rather than what you think you *can't* then I'm sure you'll get on much better!

In which case I don't see how a published "spell list" would help you any as the ones in RQ2 and 3 obviously haven't.

Well, if the sole criterion you judge the game on is whether it has "proper spell lists" then you probably are...
