this seems to be the way the rules are written, but it seems to me this makes magic which is simply 'enhancements' of mundane abilities pointless. Yes, Flight is still entirely magical, but it's easier to learn mundane Jump 5W than a Movement Affinity 5W with a Leaping Feat. Why HAVE these 'enhanced mundane' feats at all, if you don't need them? Who would actually SLOW their heroic growth by choosing the slower, more HP-expensive, course, if there is no inherent advantage? HW magic is simply cheapened and trivialised by being just another way to do the same things.
