My view is that Glorantha is inherently a magical world that, in some
ways, superficially looks like ours.
Any skill of 1w2 or above can achieve (apparently) magical effects.
Any skill of 1w3 or above is heroic/superhuman and may develop a
small band of worshippers (followers/red-shirts?) trying to partake
in its benefits.
Any skill of 1w4 or above is transcendant/godlike and almost
certainly will attract a band of worshippers that will survive the
death of the skill holder.
