Actually (oh, hell, let's stop beating about the bush... it WAS Yelorna's Shooting Stars Rune spell, now she has a Feat of Starbright Arrow, and a Secret of Meteor Bow...) I just chose the lesser of two possible magic descriptions. Essentially both COULD do the same job.
