But Large to me means size, and indicates a VISIBLE difference. Also, if you allow too much to be done with the one ability (weight, imovability, damage absorbtion, trampling, etc.) it becomes too useful, and should have some limit (or else a specialised ability should be chosen). I limit it by RW physical limits.

Hmm... No, the word is not the important thing, I just choose to use as few different words as strictly necessary for continuity. Small 10 is smaller than Small 8. I am basing my numbers on comparison with creatures in Anaxial's Record.
