Or just ignore the whole matter as its a mixture of fire and air. Yavor didn't have lighting bolts -- he just had the spear. In Orlanth's hands it became much nastier....?

Aren't wyvern's in Anaxial? Just make it a very, very nasty target
resistance rather than making it soemthing that haves a perfectly good
number. No need to invent new rules -- we don't have things that have
skills out there -- until you're incapacitated.
...and just how much do you like these PC's? =)

Seems pretty extreme to me. I'd avoid negligent PC homicide if you can. =)
I'd propose something a little less lethal if I had my books here.
