Unfortunately this means giving the Kahn/Priestess the ability to go to the Otherside and enter into spirit combat, effectively making them Shamans.

Unless we make a rule that allows a Waha Kahn to create/refill certain Waha tradition spirit fetishes.
Something like a 'Call upon law spirit' ability.
