Funny you must be about 2 days worth of reading behind whoever it was who asked an almost identical question on the Prax pack list (apologies and embarassmnet on my behalf if it was you too).

Yup, DP counters. I'd interpreted "Pol Joni" as meaning *both* the actual specifically Pol Joni clans which make up 3/7 of the barb horde (not counting magicians) and who preseumably unlike the others were founded by Delboy. And also the larger federation of clans that is (probably) dominated by the Pol Joni. Anyway, as everyone knows they're all bastards.
