Sartar city sizes?

Hey, is there a concensus at how big the cities of Sartar are?

I'm guessing not much bigger than a thousand inhabitants, since they mostly exist as a meeting ground and permanen trading area between the tribes. The cities propably exist for the specialists of the tribes. largest temples and such likes. And of course, as fortresses in times of war.

Boldhome seems bigger. Parhaps 4000 inhabitants I'd guess. It even has the elder races represented.
