There have been some references to this over the years (decades).
When the princes (and the occasional high king) ruled the tribes of Sartar, was there a High Council of Sartar in the manner of similar councils (or rings) of the tribes?
How vere the affairs of Sartar run before the invasion? (loosely, except in times of war, I understand. The princes other title is warlord, isn't it? Propably the prince doesn't much interfere during peacetime.
