Doburdon is the Thunder God of Darsen (a region in the Northwest Lunar Empire). His cult is described in Barbarian Adventures although an earlier version can be found at:

The published version gives him two affinities, one Storm and the other Thunder Addi (stick) which confers Thunder powers.
