The last time this was proposed, apparently many folks complained. both on this list and privately. Sadly, many Gloranthans seem to feel that getting freebies is their _right_.

Personally, I think a nominial paypal fee (which is not as easily used if you're NOT an American, btw) would probably work for much material.
