Actually, it was sacrifice a point of POW and KILL an opponent with the next blow. Also I think it was stated that the opponent had to be fought in combat, not trussed up and oven-ready...

I should decide this for myself, as one of my characters converted over has one... I'd have said +1 Bonus or +2 Edge.
