Although I agree that what your saying would work for most lands Tarsh, particularly the Exile view of Tarsh is special. IMG The exile women/priestesses rule in magical matters whilst the men rule the more mundane secular parts of the society. I see the position of king as the secular leader of the land therefore no queens.
