Added East Isles region (split off from The East) and got as far as Guy
Jobbin's website on the Gloranthan websites collection. Moved Table of
Contents higher up on the page.
I am more than willing to include non-English stories as well. If people
are willing to send me their story links I'll include them. If at all
possible with an English translation of the title.
