I don't remember such a prophesy, but it sounds plausible. Note that Arkat could be said to have unified all the hsunchen tribes -- I don't think this is the same as turning the Basmoli and Galanini into allies of each other!

As for the henotheist church, nobody can be a specialist (shaman, rune priest, sorcerer) of more than one system -- but you can learn both sorcery and rune magic. (A sorcerer with rune magic wouldn't have it reusably, so it's less efficient than being a priest -- but more flexible.)

Probably neither, in that I don't think there's that much communication between them. I think any Orlanthi travellers from one land would be welcome in the other, as much as any Orlanthi from foreign lands are (you'd give them hospitality but not necessarily trust them).

There are Heortling exiles in Karia? It seems like a very hard place for Heortlings to get to. If any live there, I think the Delelans would 1) think they're crazy for living so close to Dorastor; 2) welcome them as a buffer against Dorastor.

However, Ralios is not very well documented. So what if there are no Heortlings in Karia according to the published sources. It doesn't say that there are no Heortlings there. Ralios is actually a good place to run a game, precisely because you don't have to worry about being contradicted by the next publication from Issaries.
