Hi there,

I've seen lots of reference to the dragonrise and know its date is available out there, but I've also seen mention of the Boat Planet reappearing.

However, I've no idea if this happens before or after Dragonrise. Also, in Wesley's excellent Gwandor writeups, he recounts Kallyr & Argrath's journey in the sky realm where they (apparently) travel on Anaxial's boat. Is this quest the trigger for Boat to rise again?

So, if it isn't A Big GTA Secret, could someone mention when Boat rises again, and what middle world events it influences/portents/corresponds with?
