Nope, according to the HW stuff we developed for the Issaries site
and the French material she's still a daughter of Yelm and Ernalda,
its even mentioned in the text.
Mind you, this is presumably the Pavic (possibly Praxian)
mythology version so maybe its different elsewhere.
