I'd just like to point out that this wasn't a dig at the copious notice Mark
gave for submissions to the CO2 fundraiser (witness the large number of fine
submissions he did get), but rather a dig at the grotesquely long timescales
I need to get something out of the door (witness the fact that I haven't had
time yet to do more than glance at the aforementionted CO2 fundraiser).
I feel obliged to say that in all my dealings with Mark and Simon, they have been both gentlemen and scholars and have always behaved with impeccable professionalism.
And now, I'll stop digging...
