Not all chaotic acts turn people into broos.
Other forms of chaos exist.
The Brithini are immortal and without souls and, as you point out Peter,
dour.
Let me emphasize their unhappiness, their living grief.
Is this not a crime against the moral order of the Cosmos?
Creation came about through the interaction of desire and the desired or,
put another way, through the acts of sensation that generated the world of
life and death.
The Brithini (who exist today) live outside of that. They seek to make the
world static and as either a cause or effect (we can not be sure which)
they have made it humorless and unpleasant.
This, too, is a subtle form of anti-life.
Let's take it to the Digest.
