I agree with your specific cases, where Humakt and Ty Kora Tek have a direct interest or their worshippers have directly intervened. However, in our game I am interested in the general cases of what happens to the dead rather than these specific instances.
I do not have my books with me so I may have mixed up the Courts of Silence with the Caverns of Silence.
